ABC Group Speak Up (Whistleblower)
At ABC Group – including ABC Original Print and ABC Photosigns – we want to do business honestly, safely and fairly. If you see something that isn’t right, we want to know, and we will protect you for telling us.
This channel is open to anyone: our employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and members of the public.
What you can report

Bribery, corruption or fraud

Theft or misuse of company property

Breaches of information security or privacy

Health and safety risks

Bullying, harassment or discrimination

Child labour, forced labour or human trafficking – in our business or our supply chain

Environmental harm or breaches of environmental law

Any other serious wrongdoing or breach of our policies
For everyday concerns about your own employment, please talk to your manager first.
Our promises to you
Confidentiality. Your report is sent directly to our Deputy Chief Executive and is not shared with anyone else unless needed to investigate it. We will not reveal who you are without your consent, unless the law requires it.
You can stay anonymous. You do not have to give your name or contact details. If you would like a reply but want to stay anonymous, you can use an email address that does not identify you.
No retaliation. No one will be dismissed, disadvantaged or treated unfairly for raising a genuine concern in good faith – even if it turns out to be mistaken.
What happens next

Your report goes directly and confidentially to our Deputy Chief Executive.

If you gave contact details, we will acknowledge your report within 5 working days.

We will look into the concern promptly and take corrective action where needed.

Where appropriate, we will let you know the outcome.

You can also report serious wrongdoing to an appropriate authority, such as the Serious Fraud Office, WorkSafe or the Ombudsman. You are protected when you do so under the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022.
